Log in to your dashboard and click the "New Project" button. You can choose from pre-built PRINCE2 templates or start from scratch. Follow the guided setup to define your project mandate, objectives, and team.

RPMToolbox is built around PRINCE2 7th Edition, but our configurable lifecycle stages mean you can adapt the platform to PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, VDM, or your own custom methodology.
